I had called about comparison quotes for my 19 year old Daughter. Ron was very good at explaining what effects the cost. Driving record, age, car, where a car is garaged, etc. It was very nice not to have to be put on hold, press a long list of numbers. Good ol' customer service . Honest, professional and friendly still exists.

I stopped by 6 months ago to get information about estate planning. While they don't have that service, they gave me suggestions and we spoke like family friends for 10 minutes. When it came time to renewing my policies, I went back in and decided to switch all my insurance needs to them (home, auto, RV, SxS, boats, & snowmobiles).
